246. Cancelacion de compania.
Zacatecas, 29de noviembre 1678. El capitan Ignacio de Amaya, podatario del General don Agustin Echeverrea y Sibica, vecino de las haciendas de parras, ordena y presando el dicho capitan Ignacio de Amaya, vos y caucion, y ante el escribano, Juan de Sia, e Ignacio de Amaya, presentan la cancelacion de la compania de mercaderias que tuvieron juntos el dicho Ignacio de Amaya y Juan de Sia. 247. Obligacion.
Zacatecas, 29 de noviembre 1678. Juan de Sia, vecino y mercader en esta ciudad otorga que debe y se obliga a pagar al general Agustin de Echeverrea y Sibica dueno de las haciendas de Parra y Bonanza, 4,223 pesos 2 tomines en reales por otros tantos que le debe del arreglo de cuentas y cancelacion de la compania de mercaderias que han tenido los cuales pagara el dia 15 de marzo de 1679.
