Here is a website with old maps, documents, etc from several Siglos of Colonial Mexico

This website has an abundance of interesting old maps, documents, etc of Mexico during the different siglos. If you look at the top and where it says "Periodo" click on it and a drop down menu shows the different "siglos" that you can click on and see different kinds of information during that time period. And just keep clicking to follow along and more information appears:

Thanks for sharing the link to the website. The 1824 map is very detailed and has the names of many small "ranchos" too.

Maps

Nice find! that map of Jalisco is quite interesting, I just corroborated one town I couldn't exactly locate before (regardless of the map not been geographically exact of course), Thank you for the link, lots of interesting old documents there! Here is another place with lots of maps, some even downloadable with free accounts in case anyone has miss it.
