If you look at the top and where it says "Periodo" click on it and a drop down menu shows the different "siglos" that you can click on and see different kinds of information during that time period. Nice find! that map of Jalisco is quite interesting, I just corroborated one town I couldn't exactly locate before (regardless of the map not been geographically exact of course), Thank you for the link, lots of interesting old documents there!
