Cuachala

By MariaCortez | 3:00 PM MST, Thu December 27, 2012

Juan,

The dish you describe sounds exactly like a recipe my Dad and Aunt taught
me how to make. Only they called it "Mole de Rancho". My grandparents are
from Los Altos de Jalisco and I was told that it was a recipe my paternal
grandmother used to make. It was one of my Dad's favorite dishes and now
mine too.

I just sent a posting and forgot to put a subject heading. It should read
"Cuachala". Sorry. Can it be added?
