how do i add another Municipality in the film section?

i'm not sure if i posted this in the correct category for this forum but i want to add films for Huejuquilla el Alto in the jalisco section of the films page. the website familysearch has records for Huejuquilla el Alto.
Huejuqiulla El Alto
This municipality is already in the films section.

You can use the button at the bottom of that page to add films that are not yet in the listing.
