I have a friend's genealogy well-documented from online images of the original registers (from FamilySearch) through Ýsabel de Tiscareño Romo de Vibar (bau. 04 de agosto de 1675), "... hija legitima de el Capitán Juan de Tiscareño y Dª Ýsabel Romo de Vivar ...". Does anyone have proof that this Juan de Tiscareño is the same person who was baptised in Aguas Calientes el 12 de nobiembre de 1638, "... Juº hijo legitimo de Luís de los Reyes y Juª de Vargas ..."? Also, does anyone have proof of the birth (baptism) of the Ýsabel Romo de Vivar mentioned above? Ýsabel was buried "... en la Yglesia de San Diego ..." (en Aguas Calientes) el 15 de junio de 1692 "... mujer de Juan Tiscareño ...".
I have documented nine children of this couple in Aguascalientes between about 1558 (Margarita) and about 1678 (Nicolás)—I have located baptismal records of six of the nine—and I am reasonably confident about two- to three generations beyond Ýsabel, but I lack proof that her husband, Juan de Tiscareño, is the same person named in the 1638 baptism.
Everything quoted is from one or more of the online images of the original parish registers. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

I also descend from Juan de Tiscareño and Isabel Romo de Vibar y Rangel. Juan was the son of Luis Tiscareño de Molina y Márquez and Lorenza Ruíz de Esparza Navarro Gabay (Gabadi). This is proven in the dispensas of two of his great-grandchildren that married great grandchildren of his sisters Elvira Márquez and Francisca Gabadi.

Isabel Romo de Vibar y Rangel died in 15 June 1692 and Juan Tiscareño remarried to Juana de Orozco. In the Información Matrimonial Volume 1693: image 198
11 Mar 1693 he states to be 63 years old. This means he was born about 1630 if his statement is correct.

Thank you for the information in your post; I was able to follow the links and confirm everything you said, except for the Información Matrimoniál 1693:image198 for the second marriage of Juan Tiscareño to Juana de Orozco, which I did not see on that volume; I do have their marriage, however (film 299422 image 168).
My question now become one of what appears to be two Juan de Tiscareños: the one we are following and the other, baptised 12 de nob 1638 (film 299422 images 69–70), son of Luis de los Reyes and Juana de Vargas (who took the surname Tiscareño about 1654). For now, that is a puzzle to me.
Your proof of the parentage of 'our' Juan de Tiscareño is a good bit of detective work; well-done!

Two Juan de Tiscareños ...

As far as my investigation goes I had a lot of help from numerous people. Some was from posts on NR, trees in Geneanet.org, and some from people that don't participate in the previous two.
The other Juan de Tiscareño is talked about in a thread that concerns him specifically. Bill Figueroa identified Juana de Vargas (aka Juana de Tiscareño) as the illegitimate daughter of Luis de Tiscareño. The proof is in the testament in 1675 by Luis de los Reyes transcribed by Bill Figueroa.
