I have tried looking up Haltillero (spelling?) and Tepetitiq (spelling?) near Nochistlan and have come up empty. I put the links below.
Nochistlan -> Entierros 1739-1771 -> Image 463 bottom left.

the second one is Tepetiltic, which is near Nochistlán, The first one is probably Astillero, which is also near Nochistlán.
