The proof that she is the sister of Juan Benancio Madera, here is the baptismo of Juan Venancio (Benancio) Madera, "Espanol" with the same parents of Francisco Madera and Maria Guizar in 1762:

Found defunto of the sister of my great great grandfather Patricio Madera (1762 Rancho Ximulco):
Her name is "Dona Francisca Madera, "Espanola" was 23 years old and resided at Rancho Ximulco (Jimulco). She passed away from Fever.
She is the daughter of "Juan Benancio Madera (1762 Rancho De Los Maderas) and Maria Geronima Fernandez.

So Juan Benancio (Venancio) Madera "Espanol", that was born in "Rancho De Los Maderas" in 1762, son of Francisco Madera and Maria De Guizar. Was also a member of the "Brothers of the Cofrades" (Hacientos De Los Cofrades) with his membership listed in the year 1802. His son "Patricio Madera" my great great grandfather was born in Rancho Ximulco (Jimulco) in 1792. Patricio seemed to have had two wifes.
First one was Tomasa Munoz. Then he had another wife name Maria Dimas De La Paz that was born in 1819. When my great grandfather Calixto Madera was born in the 1850's. Patricio Madera was 67 years old and Maria Dimas De La Paz was 40 years old.
